• Installation is always free. 
• Additional charges may apply for materials needed for installation such as longer flexible hose, wiring, etc.
• On-site service is only available within serviceable areas of NCR, Cebu, and Davao.

• Service is free if the problem is caused by the unit itself.
• There will be a service fee of P500 if the problem is caused by external factors (Ex. There’s a problem with the water itself, the wiring at home, etc)
• There is a service fee for servicing products who are no longer under warranty
